The professional arrived right on time and the job lasted about 2 hours. Needed 4 new shut off valves under the sink (dishwasher, ice maker, cold faucet, and hot faucet) as well as more copper tubing. Afterwards needed to have a new kitchen faucet installed. Was very professional, double checked the work, and cleaned up upon finishing my project. Great price for the amount of work required. Would recommend and hire again! Thank you

I was in desperate need of a plumber for a time sensitive project. He accommodated last minute and in the evening to help a stranger. It’s so difficult to find a good, qualified, caring plumber. I contacted three plumbers to (1) install a faucet and (2) fix a leak in the kitchen sink. Right from the start, they were as professional as possible — asking for some photos of the space before giving me a quote. They highlighted two other areas to potentially fix (specific shut-off valves for the dishwasher and water dispenser) but were not pushy about getting those done. Their price came in the lowest and they also gave me the highest confidence since they had asked for photos.
They were responsive and scheduled me quickly. On the day of, they called to let me know they were on their way. They worked quickly and efficiently and the work was great. They were even very careful of the fact that I was also trying to work from home and in meetings.
Would definitely not hesitate to use them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price varies by job and situation estimates are given before any job is started and also a worse case scenario is given to customers, sometimes there are some scenarios that could have hidden issues in which could not be seen at time of estimate in which in that situation a change order will be given to customer before extra work is completed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process with a new customer always starts with listening to them what are there needs and what do they need done after that I come in with my suggestions on how to make there vision come to life and how to make them happy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
NJ Plumbing license and multiple plumbing & heating certification and have attended to multiple seminars
