Clean, conscientious, respectful the epitome of a true professional.Tom not only kept his promises, he blew his deadline out of the water.A genuine stand-up man who clearly knows his trade. I trusted him from day one, and my instincts are rarely wrong. From his very first visit to assess the job and it was a big one he sat in his van outside and wrote up the proposal on the spot. No waiting. No wondering. He delivered.Was his estimate the lowest? No. But we wanted this job done right the first time, and we knew he was the man to do it. He exudes confidence, competence, and integrity.His communication was stellar before hours, after hours, and throughout the day. When he said hed be here, he showed up. When I texted with a question, he responded. When I didnt understand something, he slowed down and took the time to explain it.And before leaving at the end of the job, he took my 100-pound pitbull for a walk.
