Chris and his crew were consummate professionals, very communicative, and committed contractors who did quality workmanship. I've owned this house for over 25 years and have had a number of contractors do different jobs. Pro Master was the ONLY contractor I never had to chase down to finish a job and always kept me looped in. I originally called about a small patch job for siding, and they correctly pointed out other issues I had been putting off. They gave me excellent pricing, including financing options, and did a huge amount of work in under a week. The difference in the house is night and day, and I couldn't be happier. I honestly cannot recommend Pro Master enough. They completely transformed my house in under a week, and I couldn't be more thrilled.

Arrived on time for the estimate phase; excellent listening skills, demonstrated real understanding of the work to be done and the materials to be used for it; clear, detailed and reasonable cost assessment for the overall project; maintained steady communication with us as the project unfolded. Materials delivered when promised. Crew showed up on time, performed efficiently, showed great care and skill in their work and cleaned up afterward, completing the project within two weeks of our signing the contract. The deck looks great; we will use ProMaster for other projects.
