Excellent work, quick response, and super friendly! I feel lucky to find ERA for my needs! We had an excellent experience with ERA! They replaced 3 toilets and 3 water shut-off valves in our home, and the quality of their work was outstanding, and it deserves to mention that the valve job was an emergency, and they had to come back later as my insurance company won’t act on it the same day. They were professional, efficient, honest, and extremely nice throughout the entire process. What impressed us most was how responsible and caring they were about their work. After the valves being replaced, they stayed at our house for about 1.5 hours waiting for the water company to turn the main water valve back on, just to make sure everything worked perfectly and there were absolutely no leaks before leaving. That level of responsibility and dedication is truly rare these days. He also told us that if there are any problems in the future, he will continue to provide free warranty service, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. It is not easy to find someone who does such high-quality work and genuinely cares about customers. We are very grateful and highly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work done! Thank you again for the wonderful job!

I reached out to Zahiddin twice for separate issues—a poorly installed rubber gasket on the tub drain and a damaged faucet cartridge. Both times, he handled the problems quickly and efficiently. While his pricing is on the higher side, the quality of his work and his prompt service make it well worth it. I’d give him a 5/5 and highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.

I had been experiencing several plumbing issues for months. After learning about Thumpback, I decided to utilize the service. Within minutes, multiple companies responded to my inquiry. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Era Plumbing came out and fixed a leaking tub faucet that had turned into constant running water. They were responsive, showed up when promised, and took the time to properly diagnose the issue with my older Kohler fixture.
