A Great Experience With Floor Coverings InternationalRecently, I had Mark from Floor Coverings International come out to my apartment to help me choose new flooring, and the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. He showed up right on time, came prepared with samples, and walked me through different options without any pressure. He was professional, patient, and always easy to reach every time I called with a question, he picked up or got back to me quickly.Once we agreed on a price, things moved fast. Just a week later, his crew arrived right on schedule with all the materials. They got to work immediately and somehow managed to finish two bedrooms, the living room, the kitchen, the hallways, five closets, and all the baseboards in just one day. The team was respectful, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing.Im really happy with how everything turned out, and I genuinely feel like I got great service. If youre thinking about updating your floors, I highly recommend Mark and his crew. They made the entire process smooth, easy, and stress-free.

We recently had Floor Coverings International install new flooring in our home, and we couldnt be happier with the results. The team did an outstanding job with leveling, going well beyond what we could have expected or even agreed upon, this ensured a flawless improved foundation. The quality of their work was phenomenal, and the installation itself was impressively quick and efficient. Were extremely happy with our choice and would gladly recommend to anyone looking for top-quality flooring and exceptional service.Last but not least, pricing was very competitive when compared to top quality companies.
Floor Coverings International North Jersey's reply

Professional, timely, and no surprises. Michael and team did a great job of installing a custom carpet for our staircase. The whole process was effortless. The installation couldnt have gone smoother, just note that the installer might require the use of a large area (the garage in our case). The carpet turned out better than I expected. Hopefully stone color tone will stand the test of time. Good work!
Floor Coverings International North Jersey's reply
The runner looks gorgeous, Liang! Thanks for sharing a photo and your experience. I'm glad to hear that our team's craftsmanship while installing the custom carpet on your staircase stands out to you, and I very much look forward to letting Michael and everyone know that their efforts to transform your home made all the difference. We're here for all your flooring needs and hope to partner with you on your next project!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't have any price gimmicks or "one week only sales". There are no "buy 2 rooms get 1 free" type of stuff.
We simply offer the best products from the best manufacturers, using the most qualified installers, at an everyday great value. Our prices are always all-inclusive, with no change-orders. Once we give you a price, it stays that way even if your job becomes more complex once we remove your current flooring. There are no surprises, and you will not pay your balance until you are completely satisfied with result.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1
Schedule a free in-home Design Consultation with one of our expert Design Associates. Your Design Associate will arrive on time in our Mobile Flooring Showroom. Inside the Mobile Showroom we have thousands of flooring choices that make up our carefully selected Mobile Flooring Collection. Your Design Associate will then measure your floors, help you choose the perfect flooring solution for you and will provide you with an estimate.
Step 2
After you’ve reviewed your proposal and estimate, you can review our financing options with your Design Associate and make your final decision.
Step 3
Upon your decision, your flooring will arrive and installation begins. We treat your home as if it was our own, so clean up of the flooring area, removal and replacement of furniture is included and done very carefully. We pride ourselves in maintaining and updating you on timelines, as we understand how important that is.
