We had Marty’s out for a centralair system issue on the first day of the heatwave July 3rd. We called them after 5 pm and amazingly enough they sent out David, a very knowledgeable and professional tech he showed up at least a half hour earlier than expected, diagnosed and had our airconditioning running within a half hour tops . I would highly recommend Marty’s to anyone !

Team was quick to respond and found the issue within 5 mins. I wish I could have figured it out myself and save the $89 but it was still well worth it as now as both the AC and Heat now work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are priced competitively. We are a premium service with prices on the higher end of the market.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A tech will come out and look over your system and give you a detailed report of what will need to be done to get you back up and running.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been through the epa safety certification for handling refrigeration. We also hold our home improvement contractors license and our Master Hvac license.
