I have used many cleaning services over the years without great satisfaction. MK and his team came to do a general cleaning this past week. I will say I was a bit skeptical with the organic product use and I must say that didn’t make any difference our house has never been cleaned so thoroughly I was very pleased with the service; they did a great job. The employees were kind and respectful. I have signed on for continued service with MK and his team. I would highly recommend The Cleaning Authority for cleaning services.

So far, 2 no-shows for an estimate. One last chance and then I give up. So far this is not giving me "peace of mind" nor is it helping me to "relax." The "we're reliable" claim is falling a bit flat. I will update if I get a response.
