- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Attention to all new customers! I am currently having a $5 discount toward the total price of an assignment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key. Once the client understands what I have to offer, and to get the results he or she expects, I will make sure that the finished product exceeds his or her expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to being a Spanish speaking native, I hold a Boston University Paralegal Studies Certificate, a Bergen Community College, AA Certificate, and an eighteen-month Criminal Justice Program certification from Wake County Community College. All the time, while working as a paralegal, interpreting and translating documents have been included as part of my daily tasks. To this day, I also work as an independent interpreter/translator contractor, providing services to legal, medical, or professional matters. All assignments are completed on an ad hoc basis.
