I asked for a on site estimate. Someone came out. Took some measurements and told me that someone would contact me. A couple days later after hearing nothing I called the company asking for the estimate amount and the curt receptionist said “oh he didn’t tell you that, oh well you needed a retaining wall and we are not doing that” literally verbatim. And that was that..... thanks for nothing and wasting my time.

Guy came out and quoted us cheaper for one option but we opted to take dow the whole tree. The office didn't seem to have it together. Couldn't find our quote, needed me to text a picture of the quote, couldn't read the writing so I had to read it to them, couldn't come that week but then came two days later. 3 trucks arrived took a few hours but they cleaned up all the twigs, branches, and saw dust. Big trucks on property so there are large tracks now through the yard not a big deal for us but you should know if you value your grass.
