- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes every two years I am required to attain a certain amount of continuing education credits in an effort to renew my fitness certifications. In doing so, my knowledge base remains current with the latest in health, fitness & nutrition.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My 30 plus years in the martial arts, military and athletic background, led me to the fitness industry.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I devise tailored programs for body fat reduction, muscle toning, injury prevention and athletic performance. In addition, I empower clients with the latest in modern martial arts training for self-defense and sport.
