- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$60 per session based on a monthly commitment of a minimum of 2x per week. Discounted price dependent on additional training sessions per week.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
initially meeting,listening understanding and mutually agreeing to a clients needs to determine the most effective exercise program to meet their fitness goals.During the initial sessions (eg.1st.month) I carefully observe my clients technique ,form, capabilities,as well as any limitations toward a particular exercise. Following the initial month of training I review my clients progress with him/her and make a determination whether my training regimen makes sense, is enjoyable,and will most of all result in achieving my clients fitness goal.
