Welcome to The Ruby Red Exchange.! We specialize in providing immersive, interactive experiences for events and special occasions. Our state-of-the-art 360 degree Infinity glass photo booth allows you and your guests to capture and share stunning photos and videos. From weddings to corporate events, we have the perfect solution for capturing and sharing memories. We are a family owned and operated business, and both my husband and I come from a long history of professional photography on both sides of our families. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer packages as well as a-la-carte. We do offer a 10% discount to First Responders, military, schools, and non-profits. There's also an introductory offer going on for a limited time of $500 for packages over $3,000 or 10% off for first-time rentals.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We submit to you a questionnaire in which you'd provide essential details that would help us create a package tailored to suit your needs. You can also choose from our existing packages. You'd then get a proposal based on those needs for your special event in which a breakdown of pricing would be included.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are proud members of The Photo Booth Association and are insured.
