- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer packages as well as a-la-carte. We do offer a 10% discount to First Responders, military, schools, and non-profits. There's also an introductory offer going on for a limited time of $500 for packages over $3,000 or 10% off for first-time rentals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We submit to you a questionnaire in which you'd provide essential details that would help us create a package tailored to suit your needs. You can also choose from our existing packages. You'd then get a proposal based on those needs for your special event in which a breakdown of pricing would be included.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are proud members of The Photo Booth Association and are insured.
