Chris showed up on time, did an excellent job, got it done fast, tidied up the area, and worked with me afterward to verify everything was functioning properly. Chris was excellent and knew about routers, networks, and systems. Also a patient diagnostician and teacher. The problem was a brand new, expensive, defective ASUS RT-BE88U router.
