I cannot rave enough about Donna’s work ethic and kindness and attention to detail. She made us feel so comfortable with the whole process and made me, as the bride, feel very special and beautiful. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are pretty standard and very comparable in my area. But, you can always ask.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we talk, I like to hash out all the particulars, so I know that my clients and I are on the same page. I can make suggestions if I think my client is not sure of what they want. But they are just that, suggestions. I won’t get my feelings hurt if they don’t want to go along with any suggestions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified officiant. I have been in the customer service industry my whole life and have learned how to listen to what someone wants.
