Gus called me back promptly when I was looking for a plumber through Thumbtack. I had four toilets to fix in my house and he was first on the job. He diagnosed all and got to work. It was a Friday night and he stayed until 11pm, getting the parts that were needed, finishing the job and cleaning up afterwards. He patiently answered all my questions. I will call him back for my HVAC maintenance and use him as my regular plumber.

Gus is was wonderful to work with. He was professional and polite and explained everything to me. I needed to have my furnace and kitchen sink quickly worked on in the middle of a heat wave to ready for sale. All of the other companies I reached out to were too busy. Gus was also busy but was willing to work early or late to get the job done and he did a great job. Clean and professional and highly recommended.
