- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In-Studio Engraving | Share your vision and details with me. Depending on complexity, we may jump on a quick free virtual consultation. I'll share a quote and mockup. If it works for you, we'll meet to pick up your item and within 2-10 business days (pending quantity of items to be engraved), it will be returned to you with engraving per your request. If it works for you, we'll meet to pick up your item and within 2-10 business days (pending quantity of items to be engraved), it will be returned to you with engraving per your request. For all other bespoke & custom services | Share your vision and details with me. Depending on complexity, we may jump on a quick free virtual consultation. I'll share a quote, mockup, and estimated delivery date based on current work orders in queue. If it works for you, you'll book my services with a 50% deposit and pay the 50% balance upon receipt of the final project(s).

ART & ILLUSTRATION | Natural Sciences Illustration Certificate, Rhode Island School of Design CE, expected Spring 2026 MODERN CALLIGRAPHY | Pearl has 14 years of calligraphy experience and is a member of International Association of Master Penmen, Engrossers and Teachers of Handwriting (IAMPETH) and Society of Scribes New York City. She is also a member of the Guild of Natural Science Illustrators.
