Mid last year, I decided to take a short break to pause and reflect on the past decade and plan for the next. This break was crucial for my personal growth, allowing me to step back from the daily grind and truly contemplate the path my life was taking. I realized that I had been operating on autopilot, perhaps as a way to avoid fully processing the passing of my parents just before COVID. This period of reflection made me deeply question my purpose and role in the universe. During this time, I had meaningful conversations with loved ones, which reinforced the importance of appreciating life’s gifts and consciously shaping my future. It was during this introspection that my sister introduced me to Sheetal, marking the beginning of a life-changing journey. I enrolled in a 6-week 1:1 coaching program with Sheetal—a powerful blend of Human Design, Neuroscience, EFT, Hypnosis, Manifestation, and Life & Success Coaching. Through this program, I gained profound self-awareness and the tools to navigate my life with clarity and purpose. • Human Design helped me understand my energy as a Generator and how to align with it for better decision-making. • EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) gave me tools to manage my emotions and release blocks. • Hypnosis allowed me to reprogram my subconscious mind, helping me shift limiting beliefs. • Neuroscience principles deepened my understanding of how thoughts create reality and the importance of daily conscious thought management. • Manifestation & Universal Laws showed me how to apply these principles in everyday life. • Vision Board Creation helped me visually align with my goals and manifest my desires with clarity and intention. It was a transformative experience. It enlightened and strengthened me in ways I could not have imagined, opening virtual doors that led me to accept bigger and bolder challenges. Manifestation Workhop It is my pleasure and privilege to endorse the manifestation session with Sheetal. It’s been the most interesting exercise for me. I went in with some level of curiosity mixed with skepticism and I came out feeling optimistic. So I went ahead and tried the exercises that Sheetal proposed. I had nothing to lose thought. I put 3 items in my vision board and Lo and behold everything that I had put on the vision board became a reality. It was an uncanny experience for me. My takeaways from this exercise is approach the exercise with an open mind and follow Sheetal’s’ instructions carefully and watch your dreams unfold. 1:1 Workshop After my successful experience with the manifestation workshop I enrolled for a 1:1 workshop where we had 6 - 90 minute sessions which included goal setting, theory and hypnosis session . This time I set myself an even more challenging goal and to my absolute surprise, even that became a reality. The caveat was that it wasn’t exactly what we manifested but I would like to believe it was better. From both my experiences I conclude that Sheetal has a gift and please try her out if you want your dreams to come true.

I signed up for Sheetal's 12 week coaching program, and I had the most amazing time. Sheetal is so warm and kind, and very easy to talk to. I have learned so much during these 12 weeks. Everything from gratitude to different things like EFT, vision boards, the power of the menstrual cycle, etc. The coaching program is chock full of so much stuff that not only helps you feel better as you go through the weeks, but it also sets the tone for having a wonderful life even after the program finishes.
