We obsess with customer satisfaction, we try to help the customer as much as we can and provide them the best quality with the best price
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every single customer is especial for us. We believe in customer education and since day 1 we will provide you a project manage that will be working with you. Also, we do have CRM in place that you can live text any time with questions
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every project manager and Sales Rep has roofing background We do required at least 2 years of experience in roofing industry before applying for a job We ARE NOT just a sales guys WE ARE REAL ROOFERS Last but not least We are GAF Certificated contractor with the #1 Material Supplier in the USA
