What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We're competitively priced against other security companies in the market. That being said we do charge slightly more than some of the big box security companies out there, but you're getting a superior product. SPS Officers are better trained, with a professional appearance and a customer service first attitude.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss expectations of the job or event, often times will conduct a site visit if necessary and they begin to work with the customer on what they're looking for from the officer(s) while on site.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Statewide Protective Service is licensed in NJ and NY to conduct security services. Additionally our leadership team is a group of active and retired law enforcement and military professionals who wanted to provide a better product than the big box security companies.
