Vonetta and her team were excellent. I had a problem trying to find a solution to a cracked shower pan. Vonetta responded right away and gave me an option to go with floor tiling. She came right away to give me an estimate. I love her positive attitude and she worked with me to keep it within budget.
I highly recommend her work and she is very professional. Our shower stand up just needed a new shower pan, but she made it even better and will last longer!

I have worked with Vonetta to consult for my Airbnb set up. She took the time to thoroughly go through my house, and make fantastic recommendations for my house. I have set up everything that she suggested, although it took a bit of time because I was just getting off the ground, but everything she advised was perfect! I now have a fully booked property 2 months at a time and have been promoted to superhost! I have minimal issues with my home and is very low maintenance.

I like to meet with the client onsite so I can fully understand the scope of the job. I may host multiple meetings should I need to bring in my plumber and/or electrician. Then after the onsite I'll get clarification on the scope of work. After that is confirmed I'll work up an estimate. The estimate is presented to the client along with a timeframe of the work. After that we can get started.
