Dale went above and beyond! He responded quickly and was at my home in less than 24 hours. My AC unit was making a loud noise and was no longer cooling the house the way it used it. Turned out the condenser fan broke and the blades went to crap. My unit is 16 yrs old and Dale was able to order the parts that we needed for the unit. Within a couple days he was able to repair my unit and it’s now running like brand new! He saved me a lot of money. Dale was excellent and is highly recommended!

I wasn’t sure what was wrong with my ac. It just wasn’t getting cold enough. We went through possible solutions, prices, explanations of what they were needed for, etc. He was so great I set him up with recurring 6 month checkups and to check on the filters.

Dale was amazing, great handy work and very knowledgeable about HVAC systems. Our AC fuse went out and he knew exactly how to take care of it so we weren’t in the excessive heat for too long. Definitely keeping his number if we need him again.

Dale was able to come the same day I put out a request after my usual HVAC service teams weren’t available and kept me updated about his expected arrival time. He was knowledgeable, willing to answer any questions I had and had me up and running soon after.
