I am semi retired and have a vast experiences on how to repair windows personnal computers from my previous jobs
of more than 25 years of working for companies like ACS, Inc., Genpass LLC, Diebold and NCR which provided services for Chase, PNC Bank, Wachovia, TD Bank and so on.
It's a hands on, I meet all kinds of people in all different places and I like troubleshooting challenges.

I had chosen Sonny due to his background and experience with computers. He was very quick to respond and came the same day to fix my computer. He did have to take it with him to fix but I had it back in my possession two days later and working great. Sonny is very knowledgeable in this field and because of his background, that is why I chose him. I also gave him to more computers that I thought were not good and he is working on them now. He is a trustworthy person and I will call him again for any other repairs and I will definitely recommend him to all.

For 10+ years, whenever I have computer issues, I call Sonny and he fixes the problem, whatever it is. He also gives me suggestions on how to save money like buying my own modem instead of leasing from Comcast. I'm not techy so I depend on him to solve my computer problems.

I was having a problem with my internet connection. Sonny did a great job in finding the problem and resolving the issue. I have not lost my internet signal since.
