- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It almost always starts with the client. I treat each client as if they were a friend or family member who just needed my services. Regardless of how we were put in touch with one another, be it a referral or a Thumbtack customer, I start by discussing their needs briefly over the phone or via text/email to understand if I am the right fit. Then we meet in order to better get to know each other and their needs. I want to know who you are and what your visions are. The discussion is free-flowing and often times leads to new ideas and suggestions that hadn’t been thought of initially. *All deposits/retainers are non refundable.
