- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 20% discount to our returning customers. Additionally, military personnel and seniors can enjoy a 15% discount on our services. However, please note that there will be a $25 service charge for any cancellations made less than 4 hours before the start of the job. This charge is necessary to cover the cost of paying our workers, gas, and maintaining the website. Thank you for your understanding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our standard procedure for engaging with a new customer is to confidently introduce our company and assess the suitability of the project. We make sure that we can deliver exceptional services to meet the customer's requirements. Moreover, we proudly offer a discount to all first-time customers to show our appreciation. We then gather the project specifications and provide the customer with a confident estimate of the time, cost, and available options.

We have been driven by a commitment to inclusivity and diversity, which led us to change our name after 15 years of operation. Our goal is to create a welcoming environment for people of all races, ethnicities, and genders, and to remove any barriers to entry that may have previously existed.
