Introduction: We are ready for results. This incredible studio has been around for many years with two goals: your results and great experience.
You will love it, and the results! We are designed for all levels.
We have a cool adult jungle gym with TRX, Jacob's ladder, kettlebells, slam balls and more. This studio also features a rehab area.
I am thrilled to be training here where my clients not only love the results and the full service (peppermint towels in the fridge, hand stretching and lymphatic body release after workouts), but also my workouts, specifically designed for you, are incredible.
I use functional training along with strength training to result in a metabolic boost as well as gorgeous defined muscles. My clients average 4" off their abs and in less than 30 days with just 3-4 30-min sessions a week.
I am very big on form and safety as well as rehabbing if needed.

Great work out, very motivating. Not like the other gym workouts. Stevie is very creative and makes it fun. She's r Can't say enough. Good fit, love it!!!great!
