Chris fixed my aging screen door which was off its track and made sure I knew how to "baby" it. He did some other chores, too. I was very pleased and will contact him again. I will also recommend him to my friend.

I expected to have to monitor what Chris was doing but he came in asked me what I wanted and proceeded to do the first task quickly and professionally. I also needed a plumbing repair, which we discussed and he went above and beyond to make sure my problem was solved. I noticed after he left he solved another problem we discussed but was not included in the quoted price. I'm grateful to have found a handyman who is capable and professional. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on the type of job, work needed to be done. $60 hourly for small jobs generally like furniture assembly etc. Projects like plumbing/heating construction differs. I'd charge an evaluation fee of $50 but will waver if given the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending the significance of the project it's necessary for me to talk with the customer over the phone prior to coming out to give an estimate upon an evaluation of the job at hand this saves time as well as money for the customer 😀
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated from Sicklerville Vocational High school for plumbing and heating 4yrs. Camden county college 2.5yrs. majored in civil engineering ( electrical-mechanic robotics). I've been working in home renovation & remodeling over 15+yrs.
