First and foremost let me say, Frank is a great guy! He has an incredible artistic vision and can help you put together or finish any project! We did my master bath and I had a very specific pattern I wanted to follow and he was able to match it without any implications. Watching Frank and his team work was like clockwork. They were very precise and thorough with their every move. They set out sheets of plastic everywhere to keep the rest of my house clean. One thing I was concerned about when hiring a contractor was-making sure they're pet friendly. Frank comforted me letting me know he has 4 dogs himself! When he and his team arrived him and his son immediately greeted Oscar and let him know they were friendly. I recommend Top Notch to anyone looking to have work done. They did a superb job and should be expecting my phone call for future endeavors! Thanks guys!
