FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free phone consultation to discuss your dog/dog's specific needs and to see the best way to help. My exclusive package includes an extensive in-home behavioral session complete with individualized Program Plan written specifically with your dog and family in mind. This also includes an intensive Follow Up session as well. I am also offering hour-long on location sessions to accommodate all needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified professional trainer and canine behavioral specialist. I am the recipient of the 2017 PVMA award from the PA Veterinary Medical Association. I have worked successfully with dogs with the highest issues that other trainers/behaviorists and vets have sent to me. I am also the resident canine expert and consultant at KYW Newsradio for the past nine years. I also teach my Program and courses I have created at Camden County College, Gloucester at Rowan and at Audubon NJ Continuing Education. I also lecture to vet techs and trainers and many professionals in the industry.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have had a passion to rescue stray animals since childhood. I have been helping stray canines for the past twenty years. My background as a professional broadcaster in the media has helped me immensely in my true present career with dogs as it helps me to articulate their needs in the best possible way to their companion people.
