- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When quoting a customer, I let them know what everything will cost upfront. No hidden fees, or rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to know exactly what a customer is looking for. I do not quote, without knowing if I am able to give them what they are looking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am all self taught, learning on the job. Starting as a hobby, and slowly moving into other aspects of the field.
