Jay did a great job an his work is excellent. He’s well thought out and finishes the job. He shows up on time and even worked The Weeknd’s to get the job done. He gave me an estimate and stuck to it. I had Jay remove a flat roof of my and my neighbors attached garages and replace it with a pitched roof. I made some changes and he just rolled with it. His carpentry is spot on and finishes are really good. I had him wrap the front with Azec which was a nice touch. I happily recommend him to anyone. He’s well equipped to frame, complete build, trim, hang moulding and do electrical. I plan on hiring him to do some major home renovations as well.

Highly recommend! GC3 Home Improvements repaired 2 water damaged areas of our home. They responded the same day, and provided a quote the day after. The quote itself was accurate, and reasonable. No surprises. Very professional and went out of their way to keep the job site clean and color match everything. Work was completed just a few days after they started. Great to work with start to finish!

Jay went above and beyond to complete my plumbing repairs. He came a day early and completed the installation of 5 new faucets with new valves and connections as promised. I supplied the faucets and Jay supplied the rest. He was competitively priced and provided exceptional service. I would not hesitate to have Jay return to do additional work in my home.
