I recently had an issue with my furnace at a very inconvenient time and I needed to get it resolved quickly. I called around to multiple companies and as expected got automatic answering services or voicemails. However, I called Comfort Zone Heating and Air and actually spoke with a person. I couldnt be happier with the experience because within minutes of our conversation, someone was able to swing by and assist me. The technician was punctual, polite and professional.
