Can't say enough good things of the experience I had with Shay, she was super professional, responsive and punctual. I send her my inspiration pic and she followed it perfectly, even came out better. We hired her for the balloon arch and the welcome sign, extremely fairly priced and she and her team are 100% worth it. I am so glad I found her and will definitely be in touch with her for future events! I don't think you can go wrong with Dreams Decor! This was a 65th party for my mom, and she was so so so very happy, and a big thanks to dream decor for helping my vision come to life!!
