- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For work that requires an onsite visit to quote a price, I have a service call fee that is waived if you hire me for the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the customer and look at the issue or area that needs work. I have measuring and diagnostic tools to get as much information as possible, which translates to an estimate that is as accurate as possible. We talk about preferences, budget, timeline, and overall vision for the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the property maintenance industry for over 7 years. I am HVAC Type 2 certified, and proficient in all home repairs.
