This company did an excellent job. They disassembled large furniture and reassembled them all in the estimated time. Place furniture neatly in designated areas. This is my first time using movers and I heard all the horror stories. I'm glad my first move was with this company.

We had few simple pieces of furniture and close by. It was all transported well. There was extra charge for digital piano keyboard

I would also select punctuality and value and select all 5 options if possible. Kelvin and Jamil ( Hope spelling is correct ) are great. Kelvin made sure communication was easy and consistent, also gave me a 60 minutes heads up for arrival which was very beneficial. They Assessed what had to be done and got straight to business. These were very awkward pieces of furniture and at least 150/200 pounds each. There was no judgement or being upset about the work as it had to be taken out of the garage to the front door in 20 degree weather with intermittent areas of ice/snow and then up the stairs. Instead they smiled/ took it as a challenge and really supported each other to get the job done. I will definitely ask for their help again and suggest them to family and friends. Thanks for the help guys. Really appreciate it !

Every customer I walk through step by step what to expect , what is actually being paid for , what is needed for paperwork and details of contract.

I have been working In retail and shipping and receiving management services from 2003-2013. I am familiar with household goods and clothing items , furniture delivery and handling .
