About
I have a background in both nutrition and exercise. Seldom do you find a trainer who is a dietitian or vice versa. I am also experienced with a variety of training modalities, such as weight training, cardiovascular training with heart rate zones, olympic weightlifting, boxing, and flexibility. I enjoy seeing my clients progress and succeed. It's a great feeling when a client has gradually transitioned to making diet and exercise a part of their daily life and enjoy doing so!

I have been working with Nipa for just under a year now, and I am so happy! For the first time I am having FUN working out. In the past, I focused on only running, but Nipa has taught me a lot about the benefits of other types of training such as weight training and tabata workouts. Before we ever start a new workout or lifting technique, Nipa makes sure to demonstrate correct form so that we do not get injured. She watches us during the exercises, and knows our boundaries as well as when she can push us to work a little bit harder. Not only does she train us during workouts, but she also guides us in our nutrition as well. Since I started training with Nipa, I have changed my diet and exercise routine and I've seen such a difference. I feel more confident looking in the mirror, and I feel stronger in every day life! I would definitely recommend her to someone who is willing to work hard and put in the time to better themselves!

Nipa is an amazing trainer and nutritionist. She's very good at creating a plan you can stick with and that gets results quickly. The nutritional aspect is great to have in addition to the training. Nipa travels to my gym which is great. That way, I use the same equipment when I train with her that I use when I train on my own. I've had a great experience overall and have lost a jean size in less than a month! Nipa is fantastic, I'd highly recommend her!

I have been working with Nipa for almost a year and have seen amazing results. She helped me stay active through an ankle injury and gave me a lot of nutrition advice that has helped me stay fit and healthy. I have been working out for years but I have never felt as healthy, strong and fit as I do now. Nipa is passionate about fitness and nutrition and has really helped me learn more about how to improve my diet and health. She makes each work-out challenging and fun. She is tough but she also makes sure you have correct form to prevent injury. This was really important to me as I was recovering from one! She is awesome! I highly recommend her!

I have been working with Nipa for a long time. I really enjoyed our workout sessions. The routines Nipa designed for me are very specific and helpful. I will definitely recommend her if you are looking for a methodical and experienced personal trainer.

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

It's important to hire someone who has an academic background in the profession they are in. In the state of NJ, nutrition is not highly regulated, therefore anyone who is not a registered dietitian can still call themselves a nutritionist without getting in trouble. I would inquire and check out www.cdrnet.org to verify credentials or call them directly at 1/800-877-1600, extension 5500.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

There is a lot of unregulated information out there, especially about nutrition. It confuses a lot of people. I am here to de-myth and clarify everything so that it makes sense and you're equipped to make the right choices.
