Introduction: Hello, My name is Gena and I've been teaching Pilates since 2009. I am certified in Pilates mat and all Pilates equipment based modalities. I am also certified in Barre and Garuda Pilates which is a combination of Pilates, dance, and yoga. I have over 13 years experience working with all populations. I am available for classes over zoom, in person reformer in my home studio, and in your home if you have a reformer machine. I also have a powerplate vibration machine and weights. I can help you reach your fitness goals whether your looking to get strong or just stay flexible or to rehab from a previous injury. Thanks for checking out my profile.

I love having Gena as my pilates instructor. I really appreciate that she is flexible and works with my busy work week, so I can fit my workouts in. She is tough but funny and pushes me when I need it. Her encouragement has built my confidence and makes me feel happy and healthy every day. I would definitely recommend her 100%.

I have been doing pilates with Gena for the past 5 years. Struggling with back issues, most exercise programs just didn’t work for me. Gena has been my teacher for 15 years. Her knowledge and understanding of Pilates and the human body is priceless.

Gina Spil is a phenomenal Pilates instructor. Her classes have such a depth of knowledge, and are physically and mentally challenging in a meditative environment.
As a retired professional Alvin Ailey dancer, currently a nationally ranked competitive ballroom dancer, Gina's classes strengthen and stretch me preparing my body for any dance moves. Her classes will assist you in reaching any goals while improving your quality of movement. I just love her classes and you will too!!
