We are very happy with Sparta and their work on our roof. The owner Leo inspected the roof and gave us an estimate and was able to work on the roof at a convenient time for us. The roofrepair was done on time and they left no mess. He also explained everything they did and sent me pictures of the problems and what they did. I highly recommend Sparta Roofing.

Great experience. They redid my roof and gutter in three days and were very professional and communicative throughout. Very hard working also as the people would come early around 7am and leave by 7pm to make sure it is all cleaned up and everything.

Spartan Roofing is probably one of the best roofing company in Jersey. Leo, the owner, is very accommodating, communicative and extremely knowledgeable in his craft. He was very transparent and honest with us regarding overall costs and was always onsite overseeing his crew. They were able to finish the complete replacement of the roof including the plywood in just a few days. Furthermore, on the last day, after our walkthroughs around the house, he immediately had his crew remediate our concerns-which were all very minor. We purchased a beautiful house but it needed some major roofing updates. We’re glad we chose Spartan Roofing and Leo to help us with this update! Thank you, Spartan Roofing, for our awesome roof.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The average cost for minor roof repairs ranges from $200 to $300.
- Larger repairs can range from $1,000 for a medium-sized repair job to $3,000 for major repairs.
- Important factors that impact the cost of the project include the materials used and the time of year (peak season in spring and summer will typically cost more).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free inspection and consultation to understand the customer’s concerns and evaluate the condition of the roof or exterior system. After the inspection, we provide a detailed estimate outlining the scope of work, materials, warranties, and pricing. Once approved, we schedule the project, pull permits if needed, complete the installation, and perform a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets our quality standards.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has years of hands-on experience in roofing, gutters, siding, and exterior home improvements. We stay up to date with industry standards, manufacturer installation requirements, and safety practices. Spartan Roofing is GAF Certified, allowing us to install complete roofing systems backed by manufacturer warranties and proven installation methods.
