- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We live in a market economy which means the price we set varies depending on the value of the service we provide. Therefore, Heyo Smart doesn't match competitors' service prices because of differences in services being performed. This includes, but is not limited to installation, use of material and parts, quality, delivery, solutions provided, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a diverse team. All our team members have a variety of educational backgrounds from GED to expert level. Therefore, we can deliver increased creativity and innovation, better problem-solving, and outstanding work quality. We do continuous learning and training with other experts in the field and manufacturers of the equipment/devices we use, along with having fun.
