- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Your budget reflects the equality of work you value. Higher budgets will reflect as the highest quality possible. Small budget may result in slower turnaround times or less services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I like to set up a phone conference (Or text) to learn more about my client, such as their interests, visions, and expectations. From here, we both sign an agreement and then complete the job to their satisfaction !
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended a film class for 3 years with state of the art equipment at college level from 2018-2020. Since taking those classes, I've been hands on working with client's, perfecting my craft for over 7 years now.
