I highly recommend Chris for his Reiki sessions! I recently had a session with him and it was absolutely fantastic. I noticed a significant reduction in my pain shortly after the session. The discomfort and numbness that had been bothering me for days began to subside. Chris's ability to channel the reiki energy exactly where it was needed is simply impressive🥰.

The yoga experience was absolutely amazing!!! Christopher is a teacher, and yoga expert. I was looking for someone who was patient, polite and professional.
I had a mix and mingle brunch and decided to implement a yoga component for relaxation.
Christopher arrived on time, had brunch with us and gave us needed meditation and gift bags… I’m going to be using his strategies in my daily life. 🧘🏽💯

The second you meet with Chris, you immediately feel this calm and warming energy overtake you. His voice sends you into this trance-like state that just immediately allowed my body to relax.
Throughout our session, Chris also noticed that my body was tight in certain areas. As a result, we then booked a separate session to help with stretching. He opened my body in a way that felt comfortable and he also provided me with education and tips to continue making this part of my daily routine.
He's educated, kind, professional, and a master of his craft. Highly recommend!

Chris is not only an exceptional teacher, but an amazing person that I am blessed to know. He truly cares about his practices and students, and goes above and beyond to guide you along the way. Whether Reiki, Yoga, deep explanations of the class at hand, or so many other things- you will not find another teacher like Chris. He is truly one of a kind, just being in his presence is uplifting and comforting. I highly recommend participating in any event you can with him!!!
