Rachel stands by what she presents. She listened to every word and gave me comfort and I knew I was in good hands.

To whom it may concern, I have been in the business world over 55 years. Ms Baxter's representation is the worst I ever experienced. In addition, communication with her was almost impossible. She would not respond for days or weeks at times with a array of excuses. In conclusion, I hope no one else has to experience or endure the issues that I did.
Baxter Family Law, LLC's reply
While I appreciate this individual taking the time to provide a review, I must note that I did NOT represent this reviewer. Rather, I represented one of his family members and successfully defended against a restraining order which was ultimately dismissed. As the reviewer was never my client, the Rules of Professional Conduct (RPC) precluded me from discussing the representation with him, a third party, as it would have unethically breached the actual client's right of confidentiality. The restraining order dismissal speaks for itself. Finally, this response comports with the RPCs and other applicable legal authority concerning attorneys' ethical duties to clients & former clients as the mere existence of neither the representation nor the dismissal on its own is confidential. Please see my other 5-star reviews from actual clients.

Rachel is very professional and informing. She speaks in ways that isn’t hard to understand. she takes her work very seriously and she isn’t a hard person to speak to, she also is a great listener and doesn’t miss details. Would definitely recommend!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
