Rob responded very quickly to my inquiry. I previously had an electric dryer and wanted to switch to my new gas dryer. Rob connected the dryer to my capped gas line and installed a shut-off valve for it. He worked quickly and picked up all the necessary parts he needed for the job. He thoroughly explained the process and shortly after I was up and running. I will definitely contact him again for future jobs. He knew his craft, was very professional and competitively priced.

I was looking for someone to install a gas water heater for some time as the current one was starting to leak and rust. Unfortunately the old one was not installed up to code. I contacted big name companies and also other companies here on Thumbtack and outside to give me quotes. Most wanted to take the lazy way out and switch it to an electric heater instead of gas; or charge an arm and a leg for fixing the problem. The property is a rental so I wanted it done correctly and under a certain budget. Well I am glad I kept looking and did not settle. Rob was very responsive to me and was able to jump into the job right away. From contact to getting it done it took about 3 days. He referred me a place to get the heater from and also charged a reasonable amount for his fee. It was still a bit more than what I expected but the work was done correctly, he was on time and the tenants are happy. I will be using his service again if needed.
