I had a few contractors give me different opinions about my foundation amounting in expensive repairs. I reached out to Darren to get an engineers opinion he was able to evaluate the issue and suggest the proper direction without having to do major repairs as the contractors suggested. Highly recommend. Did an inspection and report for the house we're buying so that we can negotiate specific repairs with the seller. We provide competitive pricing, and include a full structural assessment with our home inspection fee. In addition, if you're not getting a structural assessment by a licensed engineer as part of your home inspection, you could end up scrambling for one as your due diligence window closes.

I am a licensed professional engineer and licensed home inspector. I have inspected properties as small as a studio apartment, to large iconic structures like the Chrysler Building and the Irving Trust Building.
