Bob of RLM PAINTING provided a very reasonable cost estimate. Once he was doing work and we notice something wrong or incorrect and we brought those items to his attention then he corrected them. He is very friendly to work with. If we brought some new work items to his attention that we're not written in the contract then he finished small items without additional expenses to us if items are big then he proposed very reasonable charges. Bob had tried to not increase the overall cost of the project. Bob needs to stick with his given schedule, sometimes he stretch schedule little and sometimes we needed to delay due to severe weather.

Bob was very focused and got the job done in schedule .. he is a true professional and is very knowledgeable and helpful for a multitude of tasks from painting and many handy man jobs. He is dependable and value for money . I would highly recommend him for future projects

RLM has done an remarkable job with my home considering all the drywall that had to be install primed and painted, he tackle this job without hestitation my foyer looks remarkable, he finish the job 1 week before the due date. I will definitely call him back to repaint my entire home.
