I never was in a pool my entire life. Katrina makes it easier, doable and achievable. At my age, limbs don't move or flex like in a little kid. But she got me a good start, good technique and encouragement. Katrina is very good at what she does and is a good teacher.

She’s an amazing coach and such a pleasure to work with. I really enjoyed every session with her and I’m so grateful that she gets straight to the point and corrects mistakes right away instead of wasting time.
After just two sessions, I’m already swimming much more comfortably and my breathing has improved a lot, which was my biggest challenge.
Thank you, K! 🙏

Ive had several stretch sessions with Kat at Better Movement Solutions, and shes really helped relieve my tennis-related arm, shoulder, back, and hamstring pain. She tailors each session to your needs, listens closely, and is professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Highly recommend her for effective, personalized bodywork.

Meeting with Kat has become a non-negotiable part of my weekly routine. As a trainer who spends six days a week on the floor teaching, training and stretching clients out myself, my own recovery often takes a backseat. Kat helps me change that! Her approach to mobility seems thoughtful and surgical; She quickly identifies where Im tight, and where I need support and operates. Every session leaves me feeling reset, both physically and mentally. Its not fluff work its functional, precise, and essential for anyone whose job revolves around physical output or who needs to feel restored.Kat has helped me keep showing up strong for my clients without breaking down myself. Shes, grounded, entertaining and gets what it means to support people who spend their lives supporting others.
