Meeting with Kat has become a non-negotiable part of my weekly routine. As a trainer who spends six days a week on the floor teaching, training and stretching clients out myself, my own recovery often takes a backseat. Kat helps me change that! Her approach to mobility seems thoughtful and surgical; She quickly identifies where Im tight, and where I need support and operates. Every session leaves me feeling reset, both physically and mentally. Its not fluff work its functional, precise, and essential for anyone whose job revolves around physical output or who needs to feel restored.Kat has helped me keep showing up strong for my clients without breaking down myself. Shes, grounded, entertaining and gets what it means to support people who spend their lives supporting others.

Highly recommend Kat from Better Movement Solutions. Kat is the real deal. Whether youre an athlete or someone grinding through 90 hour weeks in front of one too many laptop screens in tech, Kat meets you where you are. Kat specializes in hands on assisted stretching and mobility work and actually takes the time to assess your body both through real measurements and by listening to what youre feeling. Whether its chronic tension, faster recovery, better mobility, or just feeling more human again, Kat tailors everything to your needs. Beyond that, Kat is just a super kind and genuinely helpful person. The kind of person you want in your corner.

Stretching should be a key addition to anyone's exercise routine - it has never been for me. But now, this has become completely necessary due to Kat. She is professional, patient and really knows what she's doing. This has been a major benefit for me, as well as my GF. We are hooked for sure!! Thanks Kat

Kats knowledge of the anatomy and the muscular system is far superior to that of other trainers that I have worked with. Before our first session, she took the time to learn about my situation and addressed my concerns about an old knee injury. In each subsequent sessions, she was always careful when working with that knee. Recently I reinjured the knee and went to Kat with limited mobility and range of motion. After a 30 minute session, both had improved by 80% and I felt better than I had in weeks.Dont hesitate to give Kat a try, I cant recommend her enough.
