- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price is determined based on type of assignment/project. Doctors, Nurses, hospital staff, Police, Fire, EMT's get 20 % off. Referral fee given for sending a new client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will first introduce myself with a phone call and give a brief background of my experience . We will discuss the investigative assignment to be performed. Set up the appointment location, date and time. I explain the requirements for the assignment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a NJ licensed Private Investigator for two years . I am a current member of the NJLPIA (New Jersey licensed Private Investigators Association. As a police officer/detective/sergeant, lieutenant over the last 25 years which 20 years have been in an investigative capacity. I have extensive training in Interviewing/interrogation, surveillance, design of investigative technique, conduct investigations and the collection of material evidence in support of civil and criminal cases. Major crimes detective, Juvenile Aid Bureau detective, Internal Affairs Sergeant/Lieutenant. Juvenile Aid Supervisor, Morning Patrol Shift Commander. BS from Rutgers University, MA from Seton Hall University.
