I currently own 12 properties in the city of East Orange and prior to The Investors Network Team, I had been experiencing alot of issues with Tenants not paying rent and the eviction process. The rent regulations that are governed by the city of East Orange are very complex. Kelvin, Candace, and the Investors Network Team were the first property management company that truly help me sort out all my issues and ensured that we are able ensure a clean eviction process by following all the regulations set forth by the municipality.
Kelvin and Candace are Friendly, Informative & Transparent about the market which help us make informed decision.
Candace also provided bi-monthly reports for us to show items that might need repairs, etc. She is always look to reduce my cost and maxmize my profits.
Kelvin also is great with leasing. He was able to fill my 9 units within two month with tenants that all recieved a voucher.
The Investors Network also helped me sell one of my homes and use that proceeds to buy two additional homes.

I contacted The Investors Network because I just acquired my first rental property in Boundbrook, NJ. Candace and Kelvin scheduled a time and went over what they offer and how they can maximize my money on the property, they have some crafty tools that I love from sending me pictures of the outside of the house and notes on the side of pictures of what they see needs updates to a full portal for the tenants and me, I can see who paid, when I have vacancies, maintenance request and much more. They know what they are doing and know they will help me with growing my business in investing.

Kelvin and Candace are professional, prompt, always put the needs of the landlord first. From leasing, to fielding tenants calls, collecting rent it puts my mind at ease.
