We offer competitive and transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Every project is quoted based on the scope of work, materials, and time involved. We provide free estimates so you know exactly what to expect. Discounts: We offer discounts for: First-time customers Bundled services or multi-room projects Fees: Emergency or rush jobs may include a small additional fee. For projects outside our standard service area, a travel fee may apply. We're always upfront about pricing, and we’ll go over everything before we start the job. No surprises — just quality work at a fair rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Process for New Customers: Initial Contact & Consultation: We start by listening. Whether you reach out by phone, email, or online, we take the time to understand what you need. We'll ask questions, discuss your goals, and set up a time for a walkthrough or site visit if needed. On-Site Assessment (if applicable): We come to your location to inspect the project area, take measurements, assess any unique conditions, and discuss your preferences in more detail. Estimate & Proposal: After gathering the info, we provide a clear and detailed estimate. We’ll explain what’s included, the timeline, pricing, and answer any questions you have. Scheduling & Planning: Once you approve the estimate, we schedule the work based on your availability and our current workload. We also go over any prep work you may need to do beforehand. Project Execution: We show up on time, communicate throughout the job, and complete the work professionally and efficiently. We treat your home or business with care and respect. Final Walkthrough & Payment: When the job is complete, we walk through everything with you to make sure you're satisfied. Then we handle payment and provide any warranties or maintenance tips. Follow-Up: We check in to make sure everything is still good after the job is done, and we’re always available if you need us again.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’re a certified roofing company with extensive hands-on experience and formal training. Our team has completed manufacturer-specific training and holds certifications in proper installation techniques for a variety of roofing systems, including asphalt shingles, metal roofing, flat roofs, and more. We stay up to date on local building codes, safety protocols (OSHA-compliant), and the latest roofing materials and technologies to ensure your roof is built to last. Many of our crew members have years of apprenticeship and journeyman-level training under their belts.
