- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have developed a personalized process to project management. Almost two decades in business has taught me the key: I take the time to listen to you and understand your objectives. I've also been operating remotely for years, which means the ease, speed, and cost savings of virtual work have always been a benefit for my clients. I have clients cross town, cross country and across the world. I continue to be there for them, and I will be there for you. Grounded in strong customer service principles, I will always respect your time, your voice and your privacy. I do not use templates or boiler plates. I take pride in working one on one to shape your project to surpass your original vision.
